Breaking News

20th Birthday of fieggen.com

Back in 1999 – the real "early" days of the Internet for private individuals – I'd used up the free web space that came with my Internet plan. I therefore decided to pay for my own personal website.

• 27-Nov-1999 – Registered domain “fieggen.com” (my surname)

• 13-Dec-1999 – Website first available (right on my 37th birthday!)

Both the Internet and my own small part of it have evolved enormously over the past 20 years. Who can even imagine what the next 20 years will bring?
